Our programs runs throughout the year.  We are closed on major holidays.  Our classes are conducted on the following days.

Piscataway Location:

• Tuesday         6:15pm  -  7:30pm
• Wednesday    6:15pm  -  7:30pm
• Saturday        9:15am  -  10:30am  (this is a free class in Columbus Park for all interested)
• Sunday           1:30pm  -  3:00pm   (black and 1st brown only)

Our program is a belt-ranked program.  We conduct belt-testing, shia, six times a year for eligible students at the conclusion of each formal session.  Our sessions are defined as follows:

• January - February (sparring & sparring techniques)
• March - April (self defense, weapons defense)
• May - June (kata & movement interpretation)
• July - August (sparring)
• September - October (self- defense, pain compliance, pressure point & joint manipulation)
• November - December (kata & movement interpretation)
